Since 2010, lease cars in the A segment enormously increased in price, while in the E-segment understand a bit cheaper than four years ago. How much?
Let’s start with the good news, compared to five years ago, the average lease in the E-segement 3.1 percent become cheaper, thus Aumacon. That may seem like not a shocking decline, but it is the only segment in which you are cheaper. Incidentally, take the price increases as the car gets smaller. In the D-segment are you in the end of 2014, only 0.7 percent more than in 2010, in the C-segment 2.7 percent.
It is especially the small lease cars that are significantly more expensive. So took the average lease from the B-segment 4.8 percent more than four years back, while in A segment less than 17.6 percent. The largest part of that increase is also realized in the past two and a half years.
One clear cause, there is not point for the increase, but we do have a suspect. Driven by bijtellingsvoordeel make probably quite a few leasers, the switch to a smaller car. To see the difference in size to compensate, there may be loose on the options list. On the other hand, we see also that the manufacturers ‘ smallest models increasingly as a lifestyle product in the market, including its extensive list of options. The time of scanty-equipped shopping carts seems to be behind us.
It is also not surprising that, in particular, lease cars, on petrol, the recent years have become more expensive, since especially the smaller cars that with a petrol engine can be ordered. The price rose in recent years with 4.3 percent, while diesel’s and lease cars with alternative powertrains, respectively, 0.7 and 3.1 per cent in price increased.
