Asus has introduced in Brazil a new budget smartphone. The model comes under the name Asus Live (model number G500TG), is a rarity lately — smartphone Asus, not included in the ZenFone lineup.
Asus Live enclosed in a plastic case with colored side inserts and has very simple characteristics. It is equipped with 5-inch display with HD resolution (720 x 1280 pixels), 8-megapixel main and 2-megapixel front cameras. The hardware was Quad-core MediaTek MT6580 with a clock frequency of 1.3 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal flash memory expandable by microSD cards up to 64 GB. The battery has a capacity of 2070 mAh. There is support for 3G networks and dual SIM cards.
The smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop. Dimensions 144,5 x 71 x 5.2 – 9,98 mm, weight — 140 grams. The cost in Brazil is about US $ 210.
