The operator VimpelCom (brand “Beeline”) has commercially launched a fourth generation network in Tobolsk. Network LTE operate in the frequency range 2600 MHz.
The 4G network covers the main areas of Tobolsk, as well as communities Verkhneilinovka, Mendeleevo and Sushun. The average speed of the mobile Internet now accounts for some 30 Mbit/sec.
Note that up to February 03, 2016 LTE mobile Internet is offered free of charge and unlimited in the framework of “free 4G” on the tariff line “EVERYTHING!” and “All for business”.
