This brutal-looking BMW 1 Series Coupe began its life as a nondescript 118d Coupé, but now feel like there is something more horses under the hood. Also, it flows no fuel through the pipelines, but gasoline.
The German TJ-Fahrzeugdesign is responsible for the conversion of this 118d Coupe into a 1M Coupe CSL V10, as they call it.
Under the hood the V10 which we know from the previous generation M5/M6, but that now delivers 555 hp instead of 507 hp. With that extra power can get you in at 3.9 a 4.0 seconds from standstill to 100 km/h sprint, and after 12 seconds you’ll be sitting on 200 km/h. The sprint from 0 to 300 km/h would be about 36 seconds.
To save weight, there is a lot of use is made of carbon fiber and that keeps the weight 1.575 kgs. Interest in this conversion? Then you need in addition to a car also went to €85,000 in take. (via: bimmertoday.de)
