At CES 2016, which runs from 6 to 9 January in Las Vegas, Harman has introduced an updated series Kardon Omni+. The range of multi-room systems for streaming Wi-Fi music includes such systems as the Omni 10+ Omni 20+, sound bar Omni Bar+ adapter for connecting a traditional wired systems Omni Adapt+ Omni weatherproof and acoustics 50+ (IPX5 standard).
You can use these components to create complete packages, for both home and outdoor use. Acoustics Omni+ gets the content via Bluetooth or wired audio inputs, and when the user goes to another room, the music can continue on to the acoustics in this room, just by clicking on the Link button. There is also a “Party” to play the same songs on all Omni+ in the house.
Control is possible through the mobile app Harman Kardon Controller with tablets and smartphones based on iOS and Android. Prices start at $199 for the Omni 10+ and up to $999 for OmniBar+.
