The company Microsoft announced that next week, to be precise, on January 12 will no longer support Internet Explorer versions 8, 9 and 10. The company plans to release the latest patch, and then release updates for these versions of the browser are planned.

End of support means that for older versions of Internet Explorer will no longer be produced updates that improve the security of your browser, and will no longer provide technical support. In theory, it will make all these versions of the browser easier target for hackers.

The last planned patch for older versions of Internet Explorer promises to fix a few last bugs, and also adds notification for users, which is intended to persuade people to upgrade to version 11 of Internet Explorer or switch to a newer browser Microsoft Edge, which is the successor to Internet Explorer embedded in the operating system Windows 10.

The company is quite long planned discontinuation of browser support IE 8, 9 and 10, declaring so in August of 2014. In March last year, the company announced that support for IE for some time will continue in the corporate sector, however, the transition to newer versions was stated as highly desirable. But despite this, in the world several hundreds of millions of people still use older versions of Internet Explorer, and Microsoft never tire suggests that such computers are at risk.
