At CES 2016, which runs from 6 to 9 January in Las Vegas, Huawei has unveiled 10-inch tablet MediaPad 10 M2. It is enclosed in metal housing and supports active stylus called the M-Pen.
Huawei MediaPad 10 M2 is equipped with 10-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, 13-megapixel main and 5-megapikselnoj front of the cameras. The hardware basis became eight-core processor Kirin 930, 2 or 3 GB of RAM and 16 or 64 GB of internal flash memory. There is a possibility to use microSD card up to 128 GB. The battery capacity is 6660 mAh.
Supported Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, accelerometer, and have the fingerprint sensor. Work is performed under the uparvlenie operating system Android 5.1 with the shell EMUI 3.1.
Huawei MediaPad 10 M2 goes on sale in the first quarter of 2016. Recommended prices are:
- $349 for Wi-Fi version with 2GB RAM and 16 GB ROM
- $399 for the LTE version with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM for the version with 2GB +16GB LTE
- $419 for the Wi-Fi version with 3 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM and M-Pen in the kit
- $469 for the LTE version with 3 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM and M-Pen in the kit
