Rallykoning Sébastien Loeb makes a return in the WRC

The negenvoudig rallykampioen Sébastien Loeb will make his return in the World Rally Championship. Over the last years, Loeb and his team is mainly active on the asphalt, with participations in events like the World Touring Car Championship. From this year he is running again, with the rallying involved.

The Frenchman will not, however, himself behind the wheel of the rallymonster during the WRC in 2016. Loeb turns back in the sport as a team boss with his racing team Sébastien Loeb Racing. The team will participate in the Junior WRC championship. The team management consists of Loeb, his navigator Daniel Elena and his business partner Dominique Heintz.

The Citroën DS3 R3 Max will serve as a rally car, piloted by drivers Terry Folb and Frank Le Floch. The first races take place in the fourth weekend of may to Portugal. In addition to the J-WRC, Loeb also participate in the Dakar 2016.
