Excellent
From yesterday, you may no less than €2 on top of each to pay the penalty and not surprisingly, different parties do not agree.

The schedule of fines by the CJIB is fully automated and when you see what a luxurious building, the CJIB has a seat, it is difficult to imagine that one in Leeuwarden at a band is to gnaw. That last is indeed a mega-populist argument, then you do not comment more about tapping.

Anyway, the illegal(!) administration costs are per 1 January by 30%, increased from 7 to 9 euro’s per fine, which the government annually about 23 million euros extra would need to deliver. Koos Spee is the increase nothing at all. Fines to the traffic safer and are not intended to the treasury.

Our friends from the ANWB believes that the increase in administrative costs or anything to do with the fact that fines cannot be further increased. That seems to be not quite correct, because the fines are, with about 1 to 5 euro per piece actually went up in 2016.

The ministry of Security and Justice considers in the meantime that the higher fines are merely the result of increased personnel costs and that the CJIB provides customized services. This enables higher penalties to be spread to pay, which means that the envelope multiple times should be close to smooth. And that explains the higher cost. Simple.
