Storm Frank plaguing British isles
LONDON –
The storm Frank geselt Wednesday the British isles. In particular, Scotland is badly affected, but also the north-western coast of England has to endure a lot.
Hundreds of homes are evacuated because they are in the flood zone, reports the BBC. So is the river Nith out of its banks entered into force in the Scottish Dumfries. The village of Carpshairn northwest of Dumfries is completely secluded from the outside world as a result of the floods.
