Invallen bij uitlaatboeren zorgen voor demper op feestvreugde
The European Commission has launched raids at a large number of uitlaatfabrikanten and companies that are active in the uitlatensector. This immediately raises the question: are there sometimes price agreements made in the uitlatenindustrie?

Cartel

The European Commission says that it comes to raids in several member states. In which countries or which companies exactly is not known, but Brussels suspects that price-fixing be made in the world of the uitlaatleveranciers and there is a cartel. In a statement says the EC the following:

The Commission has concerns that the companies concerned may have violated EU antitrust rules that prohibit cartels and restrictive business practices and/or abuse of a dominant market position (Articles 101 and 102 respectively of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union).

The bureaucracy in Brussels. stresses that, for now, only suspicions. Presumptions that they, of course, want to go to bars with the accounting and information today, with several uitlaatfabrikanten is retrieved. Because nobody in a state of accusation is made, there are also no names of companies made publicly available.

Speculate who in the cartel is allowed in the comments.
