A American baker from Oregon who refused a wedding cake to bake for a lesbian couple, has a compensation of 135.000 dollar paid to the American state.

One of the two women got in 2013 to hear that the pastry chef because of religious considerations did not sit a cake to bake for her and her future.

The U.s. filed a complaint in which the debate in the US about how to ignore anti-discrimination laws on the basis of religion vigorously stirred. A member of parliament argued that the rights of women were violated and demanded compensation.

The baker refused in the first instance to pay, but this week still yielded. He tries the fine still to fight.
