Hyundai gives the world a new Sonata

In Korea, Hyundai, the new Sonata was unveiled. A car that is the global best, which is important for the brand, but not here.

We know him here as the i40. The new Sonata is 3.5 inches grown and 3 cm meters wider. Thus the middle class is now a total length of 4,86 meters. The wheelbase comes out to 2805 mm.

Under the hood gives Hyundai no diesel or hybrid options. The Koreans lay a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder in the engine compartment, good for 168 and 201 Nm. There will also be a 2.4 liter four-cylinder with 193pk and 247 Nm, linked to a manual zesbak or a six-speed automatic transmission. Hyundai says the new Sonata at the Nürburgring and the Mojave Proving Ground in California have tested a new chassis to develop (McPherson + multilink).
