65 Moscow trains get Wi-Fi until September 2016

The Agency urban news “Moscow” announced plans to launch Wi-Fi in 65 commuter trains until September 2016. According to Maxim Dyakonov, Executive Director of the CPPC (Central suburban passenger company), will soon be running a competition for execution of works on introduction of Wi-Fi in trains.

While it is planned to provide access to Wi-Fi not all, and 65 elected commuter trains. However, as the introduction of the program to replace 400 trains in 15 years all new trains at once you will receive support for connection via Wi-Fi.

We will remind, the beginning of the CFPP project has been launched for implementation in the Moscow region trains free access to Wi-Fi in February 2015. The first train equipped with free Wi-Fi, has become a suburban train №479 plying on Savelovskaya, Belarus and Kursk areas.
