Radical is going to loose again: brute RXC Spyder will get a V8 with 440 hp

Radical does not other than brute cars build. With the brand new RXC Spyder, the British went a step further, as is apparent from the first test images from the Ascari Race Resort.

The sports car manufacturer came last year with the RXC Turbo, a light weight of 940 kg. In the case of Radical, never anything to the performance (or luxury, but that’s another story), because the back is a 3.5-liter V6 with two turbos, good for 460 hp. The Spyder will get a in-house developed 3.0-liter V8 with 440 hp, so also in this case, power is no defect.

The biggest difference is of course the lack of the roof, because the RXC Spyder has an open cockpit. And let’s be honest: that ain’t you just a Radical. The original RXC was straatlegaal, so of course we hope that we are also the Spyder (sporadically) on the public road. As yet, we have to make do with images of the Ascari Race Resort, but also there is of course nothing wrong with that.
