As many users have registered in WebMoney.
The press service of system of WebMoney Transfer reported overcoming a major milestone — the number of registered WebMoney users has exceeded 30 million.
Note that in 2010 WebMoney reached the stage in 10 million registrations, and in 2013 — 20 million. As the service team, this rapid increase was a consequence of both the growing popularity of e-wallets, and increase the geographic scope of the presence of WebMoney in Asian and European countries.
In November, the European division of WebMoney was licensed by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and as a result, the status of the Issuer of electronic money on the territory of the European Union, as from 1 December, the UK residents had access to the system.
