Which BMW M5 F10 looked quite so old and boring! Time for “packets”. A facelift with fresh lights and and 575 hp Competition Package.
Headlights, taillights and new ‘M-kidneys’. Mainly the latter makes of course that the BMW ‘a lot harder’ and all the people around you a lot harder to laugh. Laugh to your stupid ‘M5’-a refrigerator magnet in the grille. As if you were that confirmation need. Certainly in the Netherlands, you need that (standard) 560 hp, a 4.4 liter V8 as well as possible road to (far)stop.
New headlights and taillights make this a BMW-facelift in the most traditional sense of the word. Still think the E39 and its significantly fresher ‘look’ after the facelift. Will drive any F10 with these lamps around. Onderdelenverkopen sail. We read with Mercedes?
Fortunately, BMW has also to have any ‘technical’ news. More power for the M5 and M6. They stripes any time since march available carbon-ceramic brake discs. Stuff you really need on the 575 competition horsepower to the ground. The new Audi RS6 to keep up, of course. This will drive the M5 0.1 s faster to 100km/h and 0.2 s faster to 200 km/h (now with 4.3 and 12.8 seconds). In addition to more power, BMW has the full frame addressed. Of stabilizers, the active differential, springs and shock absorbers, everything is sharper tuned. The M5 and M6 Competition are approximately 1 cm lower on the road.
