All of us Michiel van den Brink is back. The former Spyker designer and Autoblog columnist has his Vandenbrink GTO from 2007 unfortunately never able to finish, but the coachbuilden the Dutch still in the blood. On the occasion of the Ferrari F12tdf we called again with Michael to hear if there recently coaches are gebuild. Guess what: there is a completely new model in the pipeline.

Van den Brink is still keen to pay homage to the Ferrari GTO to be delivered. Eight years ago, it was a 599 GTB borrowed, this time, the 740 hp F12berlinetta as the basis for his latest project. A car that, according to him, better proportions and dimensions has to be a GTO design on base.

The designer has his design is almost finished and a car also seems to be already found. Of serial production, no question, it will be a one-off, with the name M12 GTO by Michiel van den Brink. The design contains less retro-elements than before, with a more aggressive styling, such as the first render shows.

He, of course, must still be built, when it will be completed we don’t know yet, but there is in the Netherlands still tinkered to one-offs. Yet, fine.
