Old iron from a Ferrari, it has value.
Not only the prices of some classics the last few years, as a silly inflated, also the gereedschapssetjes go for serious money away. We are talking not about a modern bathroom with a naafdoprekker, a carriage bolt and a 12 V pump where you have NOTHING, but about half the production line of a car in a compact size. Via @Hoxha we came across this leather bag full of tools from a Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona. Used, but still complete.
The set dates from a time when cars sometimes on-off from a factory rolled, and a smooth ride guaranteed never was. That the set, therefore, more tools than the content of an average ‘beunhaas’ amazes us. Heck, with this set you would get a complete engine overhauled. Everest open-end wrenches (8-22mm), a ratchet, a jack, a spark plug, hammer, carb-dingessen to v-belts. It’s all there.
For the seemed like a fun bag with old but high-quality iron, for the Ferrari connoisseur a treasure. The supplier on eBay dare, therefore, a non sick $32.500 for answers to questions, translated to more than €28.000. Who makes him loose?
