What would that really cost, from zero to one hundred in 2.9 seconds in a old Ford?

This car (along with an Audi S1 and a Lancia Stratos and MG Metro 6R4… nevermind) still very high on my bucketlist. A Ford RS200 Group B world is an absolute beast, and the figures tell it not to.

It starts with the very acceptable empty weight of 1050 pounds. The RS200’S got standard 250 horsepower, but this was made in “rally-tune” just 500+ hp. This car delivers the 1.8 thanks to “a little bit” druklading 379 hp. in combination with the four-wheel drive enough for a sprint to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.9 seconds.

The car which is now for sale has 11.350 km on the clock and according to the seller free of accidents. That is fairly unique for a Ford RS200, because of the 200 built copies of d ” r al a lot of even on their roof, in a ditch or around a tree located.
