Yes, no, this is also still in on Blue Monday. After fog, cold, Giel Beelen, a lack of koffiecups the editorial, and more of such small suffering, we are faced with images of the 2 Series Active Tourer in a zevenzits-sheets.
In all seriousness: BMW is not planning to have one model with front-wheel drive. The UKL platform, where the 2 Series Active Tourer, it is flexible enough to stretch to the size of a seven-seater. And so it came to pass, that a Grand Tourer with a longer wheelbase and more overhang at the rear, to place to offer a third row of seats.
On motorengebied the offer is right with his vijfzitsbroertje: a driepitter on petrol and viercilinders on gasoline or diesel (more info). We expect this summer an unveiling of BMW’s full blown gezinsbak. We kept a strong note with a release on the Huishoudbeurs 2015, but according to reaguurder @brunovanaken they have him also in Brussels though. Under a dress, though:
“What news from Brussels, yet it did mention that there is a BMW 2 series Grand Tourer 7 seater on the stand to show off, be behind a piece of cloth but the car is still worth I back sit and it works… just!)”
