The brand new Renault Twingo looks like all the ingredients in the house to have a nice stadskruimel to be. Would it finally be acceptable to you as a man somewhere to show in a Twingo?
Renault has in the development of the third generation Twingo worked closely with smart (Daimler/Mercedes) and that has resulted in the engine now in the back rather than the front and that the rear wheels are driven instead of the front wheels.
Another big difference is that the new Twingo, by default, five doors, a version with three doors is not available and will not at a later stage come on the market.
The new Renault Twingo has a wheelbase of 2.49 metres and the wheels are at the extreme corners of the body placed. Furthermore, the Twingo a tiny turning circle of to 8.65 metres, which is quite useful in a city car.
Buyers of a Twingo can choose between engines. You can be an atmospheric 1.0-liter three-cylinder with 70 horsepower and 91 Nm in the back laying or a 0.9-liter three-cylinder that, thanks to a turbo comes up to 90 hp and 135 Nm. The new Twingo is 3,59 meters in length, 1,64 meters wide and 1,55 meters high and the luggage compartment has a capacity of 216 litres.
Because the Twingo with his time is gone can you as a buyer choose one of two infotainment systems: R & GO and the latest generation R-Link. Both systems are suitable for Android and iOS devices and offer many features in terms of connectivity, 3D navigation and multimedia, including on-board computer.
Now we just have to wait until Renault Twingo RS reveals with 150+ horsepower at the rear wheels.
