The most popular ramkraker of the Netherlands is called no longer Alto but Celerio and is, according to Suzuki, the widest and cleanest in its segment.
Despite the small external dimensions of the Celerio (3.6 metres long, 1.6 meters wide, 1.53 meters high) is the Celerio one of the larger cars in the A segment. The seat is relatively high, and the doors are great, nice for the less able-bodied fellow-man, and Suzuki claims to be the largest luggage compartment and most interieurruimte in its class to offer. Despite that growth, the Celerio is not heavier than the Alto was.
Under the hood we find a new 1.0 three-cylinder with 68 horsepower and is linked to a brand new gearbox. There is also a vending machine available, the so called Auto Gear Shift is Suzuki’s newly developed automatic computer-controlled the bakversnellings and link controls. If you have this car for business like to drive: 14% additional tax liability is in the pocket thanks to the CO2 emissions of 85 g/km.
There are nine colors available (we have already two for you recorded on the show floor), and the production for the European market will start probably by the end of this year. Prices are made known.
