Porsche forget PDK Sport button in the 911 GT3?

PDK Sport knop mist in Porsche 911 991 GT3
A number of brand new owners of Porsche’s wonderful 911 GT3 came to a bizarre discovery after the delivery of their new car.

Because where normally a button would have to be for the “PDK Sport” feature (still a pretty essential thing to a GT3) was now a button to set the dampers to a tougher setting. A PDK Sport button was missing at all, while that system supplied as standard on a GT3.

Inquired with Porsche resulted in the first instance, a confusing answer, as evidenced by this thread on the Rennlist forums. The button would only be used in cars with Sport Chrono are provided, but that is nonsense. Eventually I also saw a Porsche that in and the problem is now solved by a new centre panel to mount includes the correct connectors. Then comes the whole as follows:

There are at least two known cases on the Rennlist forum, and although it’s not a huge problem to have it is remarkable that this shortfall in both the quality assurance in Stuttgart as the dealer in usa has come.

If there are people who are reading this and that their Porsche 991 GT3 even without the PDK Sport button have received: we understand that you want to. Send your GT3 mention “clutter for Casper” to po box 370, 3840 AJ in Harderwijk. Then you are, in any case, of the problem. The same applies for cars where the rear wing is missing. Or people who the colour red was.
