Volvo S60 – 20% of list price

All the attention seems to be the last time to plug-in hybrids from Volvo to have gone, but underestimated for sure, the diesels of the Swedish brand. The two-litre D4 delivers 181 hp, but remains below the magical uitstootgrens by making use of two turbos and an intelligent fuel injection system.

Also nice is the optional eight speed automatic transmission. By the engine within the optimal speed range to maintain a favorable emission without performance sacrificing. Of course, the car also with this tank is within the 20% rule.

Disadvantages
– The Sedan has a small trunk
– Steering is not very communicative
Chassis sometimes has trouble with rough surfaces
– On-board computer is required to read the manual
