Tweehonderdennegenenzeventig hp, 600Nm torque, a normverbruik of 2.1 litres per 100 km, CO2 emissions of 48 grams per km. And so, 7% surcharge for the business drivers in the Netherlands, also for the Estate.
After the S-class with plug, now follows the C-class Plug-in Hybrid, and the electro-offensive of the Mercedes-Benz is not over yet. Still this year of the ML (GLE going to be called) also a plug-in hybrid version. That is good news for the Dutch business drivers a star on the hood, prefers and as little as possible tax to pay.
The C350 Plug-in Hybrid has under the hood, the familiar 2.0 litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 211 hp and 350 Nm, which is combined with a hybrid module which is integrated in the 7G-Tronic gearbox. The electric motor delivers an extra 80 hp and 340 Nm of torque. The total system power and torque come with respectively 279 hp and 600 Nm. The performances are not more muesli to name a few: as a sedan, the sprint to 100 in 5,9 seconds (Estate 6,2 s) settled and the limiter have come in handy to the quantity to regulate to 250 km/h. Not that the C350 Plug-in Hybrid racing the limiter leads, because the Estate reaches 246 km/h, so the sedan gets the also but just.
The battery pack has a capacity of 6.2 kwh, and is mounted in a steel housing under (!) on the rear axle. Fully charged can fully electrically-31 km to be traveled with a speed limit of 130 km/h. The battery pack picks up quite a bit kofferbakruimte of the C-class, because the sedan holds 335 litres (to 480 l) and the Estate to 350 litres.
Exact prizes are not there yet, but this would be covered by the 60 mille is due to be released. For that money, there is standard air suspension (unique in this class), Pre-Entry Climate Control system to the interior fixed heating or cooling and a gas pedal with haptic feedback. Saywut? The accelerator can terugschoppen to the director to make it clear that when the gas lifts the internal combustion engine can be switched off.
