Assad refuses to talk with ‘terrorists’

DAMASCUS –

Syrian president Bashar al-Assad says that the United States and Saudi Arabia want that “terror groups” to participate in peace talks and that no one in Syria such negotiations to accept. He said that in an interview with state media Friday, is published.

“When they start their approach to change and their weaponry to specify, we are ready for it. But to with them to negotiate as a political entity, that is something that we categorically reject.” Assad referred to the discussions that take place this week in the Saudi capital Riyadh, where different parties sit around the table.
