With the advent of modern technology the art of war has undergone and continues to undergo radical change. All that remains now is war. And its main rule: to maintain the true power and capabilities of Arsenal, you need to hide them from the enemy. The most important military secrets are revealed only to the elect, who can be trusted with the mission. It is not surprising that the military (and civilians in General) is so thriving espionage.
