Fleetmanagers spreken zich uit over bijtelling in 2016
Leasend the Netherlands is currently, of course, especially in the ban of the bijtellingsregels that by 2017. Secretary of state Wiebes has the quantity great, the kick is thrown and there are from that year, but two percentages. But how do fleet managers by 2016?

With the rules in 2016 apply, there is already a lot of change in the Netherlands leaseland. Research by Motivaction shows that 70% of the surveyed fleet managers to speak about the rules which this year are valid, but that 64% of them a negative impact of the bijtellingsregels in phevs and EVS expect.

That percentage is so high is no surprise, because the 7%-category is due to expire in favour of the new 15% category. The PHEV seems therefore doomed, because it suddenly becomes a lot less interesting to a stekkerauto lease.

Of the surveyed fleet managers (510 persons employed by large Dutch companies) has a whopping 74% plug-in hybrids in the fleet. 42% say more (semi-)electric cars to buy, 29% are considering it. Interesting is that a whopping 56% of fleet managers indicating that the driving of a PHEV verbruiksvoorwaarden be connected.

30% limited the brandstofbudget and 21% try to restrict the consumption to stimulate through financial incentives. Incidentally believes 43% of the fleet managers that it might be a tight idea is to make the tax dependent on the actual fuel consumption. All the research view you here.pdf).
