Samsung might completely abandon the smartphone series Galaxy J. this was reported by Korean resource ETNews, citing an anonymous source.
Instead, Samsung will extend the series of smartphones Galaxy A, which will include more models, more “competitive” features. It is also expected a new series of Galaxy M, which can replace a series of smartphones Galaxy On.
At the moment, Samsung has four main line of smartphones — budget Galaxy J, Galaxy A the average level of the flagship Galaxy S and Galaxy Note premium.
If the Korean manufacturer will abandon the Galaxy J, it will free up “space” in a portfolio for smartphones Galaxy M, which will include models with “aggressive” budget cost, created especially for regions like China, India and South America.
