From 1 September, the VTB Bank will start to use robots-collectors for the exaction of debts. About this informed the newspaper “Vedomosti” with reference to words of the Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of Bank Anatoly Pechatnikov.
Pechatnikov said: “Now the robot collector is running in a pilot mode. From September 1 to start it in commercial operation. This technology will be used for the early stages of delay”.
He also noted that the tests showed higher efficiency of the robot compared to the group’s results of operators, while it is cheaper to maintain.
