Russian demands from Apple in court unblock stolen iPhone

A resident of Kurgan has addressed in the Tver court of Moscow a lawsuit against the company Apple, demanding to provide him with access to the local iPhone market. This was told by Telegram channel Mash.

According to the source, “simple Kurgan the Duchess” has gained on the local market used iPhone 5 brought from USA. To use a smartphone he couldn’t because the phone was locked to iCloud the previous owner using the function “Find iPhone”.

He appealed to the authorized service center Apple, but there he explained that to unlock the smartphone can only be the first owner. Then kurganets filed a lawsuit against Apple in the Tver court of Moscow for refusing to provide access to the purchased device. Court officials have not yet commented on the situation, noting that to provide the information you need to know the name of the plaintiff.
