Sweet! De one-off McLaren 570S M2B
The men from Woking have something to celebrate, and that comes with a special edition.

McLaren is at the time of writing, another 50 years in the Formula 1. To get to that joyous fact to stand still was a 570S rigged in the colors of the McLaren M2B, the first F1 car that New Zealander Bruce McLaren built out of dissatisfaction over the speed of his Cooper. In regard to that genius of the times, which, unfortunately, never will return.

Then that bit about the original M2B. This old-fashioned cigar took part in six Grands Prix and appeared four times, actually at the start. In the back is a 3.0 V8 from Ford, and the chassis was made use of Mallite, a composite consisting of wood(!) and aluminum. This was the M2B in his time, however, the most rigid single seater of the time.

Back to the 570S. It is under the hood unchanged. That means a 3.8 V8 with 570 hp and 600 Nm, 0-100 km/h in 3,2 s, 328 km/h and weight of 1.313 kg. How that runs and sounds check HERE.
