An alternative title: the hardest article ever. Go to it, the differences between the two latest generations of Audi A5 search. The fresh incarnation was last night unveiled and the opinions are, as with any new Audi is pretty divided.
For the good order:
New = top
Old = under
The front
Most eye catching are of course the simpler headlights in combination with something sharper cut grille. Add to that the two extra creases in the hood on, and ready is Kees. The new A5 is a bit more angular and sharper, but that’s where the biggest differences right away. Oh no, wait. The mirrors run to the top what increased.
The side view
From the side perspective, the differences between the new and the old model so may be even smaller. The A-, B – and C-styles seem to be completely unchanged, but that is probably due to the photos. It does seem that the line above the wheels of the nose to the ass is pronounced and sticks out the rear bumper a bit further.
The back
The light clusters on the butt eyes clearly a lot more modern than the copies on the previous model. What concerns me is this in terms of design, the biggest plus point of the new A5. Furthermore, it is from this angle that the skirts on the side and the bottom (a diffuser we can make it difficult to call it) will be a little sharper cut.
The interior
Well, well, a world of difference! Biggest eye catcher in the interior of the new A5 is, of course, Virtual Cockpit, that the old-fashioned tellerpartij replaces. Fortunately, the rest of the cockpit, greatly refreshed, so that the interior of the 2012 model suddenly quite dated looks.
Is the new better?
