Isn’t that very small?!

Koenigsegg currently has to say “the world’s highest specific output engine”, and refers this, of course, to the bizarre One:1. Carbuzz has an interview with Christian von Koenigsegg had in which he his plans about a new engine from the cloth does.

This could, in fact, an engine with a capacity of only 1.6 liters, which is a bizarre 400 hp it should produce. If you thought that after the “45” models from Mercedes-AMG not crazier could you were so very wrong. In fact, if you have the hp of the Koenigsegg One:1 would calculate to an engine with 1.6 liter you’d 436 hp come true. This should be possible with extremely strong materials and high efficiency as applied to the engine of the One:1. Koenigsegg’s Freevalve technology, this would make it possible to. In other words: a bizarre big turbo on it?

This does not mean immediately an entry-level Koenigsegg with around 400 hp. It is more likely that the engine and especially the technology around it is sold to a larger manufacturer who mass-produce. Who wants to be the fastest hot hatch ever?
