At the Goodwood Festival of Speed is on this moment an impressive collection of McLaren models to see.
Prost McLaren P1
This new McLaren P1 prepared by MSO, is inspired by the distinctive French dressing of the helmet of Alain Prost, four-time world champion in Formula 1.
Senna McLaren P1
The McLaren P1 (no GTR) in the striking yellow and green outfit of the McLaren F1 GTR with chassis number #06R. This car was third at the wheel of the British trio of Derek Bell, Justin Bell and Andy Wallace. On the back of the Brazilian spoiler, we see the mention of Ayrton Senna. This car is the property of the man who is also the Prost P1 has bought the slash.
McLaren F1 GT
The Heritage department of MSO is represented by one of the rarest McLaren street-legal car ever built, the F1 GT. McLaren has this copy specially borrowed to Goodwood to show. Chassis number #58F1GT is one of the three copies, which are built to the McLaren F1 GTR Longtail to approve for the GT-class of 1997 season. The car is finished in the famous monochrome design of the Formula 1 team from the late 90’s, the period that the Finnish driver Mika Häkkinen for the world title binnensleepte in 1998 and 1999.
McLaren 675LT Hulme
Denny Hulme and founder Bruce McLaren achieved great success in Formula 1 and in the Can-Am Series, which soon was known as the ‘Bruce and Denny show’ because of the dominance of the two. Denny Hulme was honoured by the 675LT, which for the occasion is with the design of the helmet worn by the Formula 1 and Can-Am winner. Two black stripes run from the front to the rear on the Silica White performed body. Yellow tinted koplampglazen reflect Hulme’s visor.
McLaren 570S
Also the new McLaren 570S is, of course, that during the weekend in the hills of Goodwood are global, dynamic debut.
McLaren 650S Spider
