Disabled Spaniard stuck in loft

The Spanish police have in the south of the country, a mentally disabled man of 59 years old from a loft liberated. He was there by his brother and sister, “for his own safety” locked up, while his monthly pension of one thousand euros received any money.

How long the victim has one, is unclear. According to the police from him since 1996 no medical records more well known. The 76-year-old brother and a 61-year-old sister have been arrested.

The victim was staying in a space of 3 by 3 meters in a house in Dos Hermanas, near Seville. He was covered in his own excrement on a mattress.

The police describes the loft, which was found behind a barred door and a dilapidated staircase, as a kind of duivenkot without a roof. Agents were in the house going to look after that the brother in drunken condition for problems that were taken care of.
