Police Cleveland plainly at dead child
CLEVELAND –
A police officer at the end of november 2014 in the American Cleveland a twelve-year-old African-American boy, Tamir Rice, doodschoot, is not prosecuted. A jury this Monday in particular in the city nearly 500 kilometres northwest of Washington. Also his partner during the incident, officer Frank Garmback, is not criminally prosecuted, the Public Prosecutor’s office.
