Die Firma MSI präsentiert den neuen Mini-PC MSI Cubi-2 Plus und dessen Variation MSI Cubi 2 Plus vPro. PC erweitern eine Reihe von Cubi. Sie sind mit Mainboards mini-Format STX (5×5 Zentimeter).
MSI Cubi 2 Plus Prozessoren mit Skylake-S bis zu Intel Core i7-6700T, hat zwei Steckplätze für DDR4 2133 MHz mit einer maximalen Kapazität von 32 GB, einen M. 2-SATA-SSD (maximal 256 GB) und 2,5-Zoll-Festplatte (maximal 1 TB). Unterstützt Wi-Fi (802.11 ac) und Bluetooth 4.0. Anschlüsse sind vier USB 2.0 -, USB-C 3.1, zwei USB-3.1, HDMI, DisplayPort, Gigabit-Ethernet und ein Kartenleser.
MSI Cubi 2 Plus vPro Intel vPro-Technologie verwendet, unterstützt Intel Unite und erhielt weitere HDMI-Ports, COM und USB 2.0. Die Abmessungen sind 155,3 x 147,9 x 58,6 mm. als Betriebssystem wird Windows 10 Home.
