Tesla CEO Elon Musk has once again made a bold promise (what a surprise) on the topic of fast electric charging stations, the company is known as Supercharger. This time, he expects to cover 100% of Europe their chargers already until next year. Responding to a question posed in a tweet, Musk explained that “from Ireland to Kiev, from Norway to Turkey”, in 2019, all of Europe will be equipped with fast charging stations.
The Tesla Supercharger map shows a high concentration of fast chargers in Western Europe. In countries such as Albania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia and Moldova, they do not.
Musk also outlined plans to focus on cities, in particular, to work with landlords and to add chargers in apartment buildings.

Tesla comes to Europe
Then Musk said that the Supercharger will be installed “on all major highways in Texas, to Brownsville and across Mexico.” However, the planned completion of the charging in the San Antonio and Austin is not yet complete.

The Tesla Supercharger network was launched in 2012, to owners of electric vehicles could travel longer distances. Supercharger adds up to 300 kilometers of driving range in 30 minutes.
Musk already made bold promises on the subject of network of charging stations. And although the company has made significant progress and investments in the Supercharger network, it has not yet reached its earlier goal.
In April 2017, Tesla stated that will double the global Supercharger network with 5400 to 10,000 devices before the end of the year. But managed to put only 8250 stations.
Earlier this year Musk had planned to install the 18,000 charging stations around the world until the end of 2018. But now they 11583 (1386 — station Supercharger).
