In Russia, the draft of the so-called “narekaci” designed to monitor the status of the drivers. This was told to the newspaper “Izvestia”.
According to the project developers, the project will prevent up to a quarter of car accidents on Russian roads. He is part of a National technological initiative.
This “narekaci” on the driver’s head will continuously remove the EEG, to monitor blinking, to control the balance of the body. Data is processed on the smartphone app, which will be able to inform the driver and Manager of a potentially dangerous situation. All this will allow to prevent critical loss of attention and do not give sleep to the driver.
The system is already going to implement in the Novgorod region on buses designed to transport children.
