Rostec state Corporation was sold to a Chinese holding China Baoli its 25.1 percent stake in Yota Devices behind the creation of the “Russian” YotaPhone. About it reported the edition “Kommersant”.
According to the source, as of July 5, the documentation of the China Baoli among the shareholders of Yota Devices is no longer the Corporation, but Management noted Trinity World with a share of 25.1%. This company went the share of Rostec.
