A striking design, by some and loved by others hated. But a Juke is in any case not a dime a dozen!

Despite (or thanks to?) its extreme looks, the Juke is a success for Nissan. The mix between an suv and a hatchback turned out for many to be attractive. That is not just on the looks to thank, because it is a great car, comfortable and quite spacious car. The interior is just as interesting as the exterior, with a motorfietstank-inspired centre console. The Juke came on the market in 2010 and in 2014 gefacelift, whereby the road holding and steering improved. In addition, it is a lot quieter in the cabin, especially at higher speeds. Also came with the facelift the 1.2 DIG-T there.

Petrol engines are there from 94 to 218 hp, and there is a dieseltje with 110 horsepower from Renault. The versions with 190 hp or more were also with four-wheel drive available. The pearls are the Nismo RS models, the cars that you seriously consider as an alternative to a hot hatch.

The Nissan Juke is more than available on Marktplaats.nl there are currently more than 230 to buy. Thereof, the vast majority is equipped with a petrol engine, there are currently about 20 diesels to buy. There are about 25 machines to get.

The cheapest Juke on the Marketplace currently costs about 10,000 euros, and the recent instances with a few kilometres to approximately 25,000 euro. A few cars are still more expensive, but that are voorraadauto’s with little to no life experience. The cheapest Nismo’s costs about 22.500 euro.

Pros

Issues

• The 1.6 engines have sometimes problems with the cylinder head by a problem with the third cylinder. Occurs sporadically in both the DIG-T as the ordinary 1.6.
• The paint of the plastic sierdelen (pre-facelift) let sometimes loose.
• The front brake discs seem to be hard to wear out, so be sure to check for purchase how the disks there are. Additionally, keep in mind that they are about 30,000 km of service.
• The CVT seems to not completely bulletproof. Some bins suffer from vibration when braking, some baking to go all the way piece.
• There is in 2012 a recall has been for Machines with a turboblok, because a snake can’t shoot so the engine could save.
• Machines built between 2012 and 2014 have been recalled because of a leak at the fuel sensor. This was a gesture of goodwill resolved.
• Nissan Machines built between 1 July 2013 and 3 march 2014 have been recalled because the start button could hang.
