A new update for the infotainment system on a Lexus makes for an annoying ailment. Once installed, it continues to the software itself, reboot and there should be a visit to the dealer to get everything reset. The software error turn navigation, audio and climate control off.

The update is installed on the Lexus models from year 2014. Also, the 2016 model of the Toyota Landcruiser is struggling with the problem. The update could, until recently, over-the-air to be brought in. By now, the update is no longer available. It is not known whether European models struggling with the problems.
