However, at the presentation of Apple paid attention to one important feature — ability to delete a stock app pre-installed on iOS 10. A beta version is already available to developers, has the opportunity. Apple also confirmed the function of the document on the support site.
So, you can delete the following apps: Calculator (Calculator), Calendar, Compass,, Contacts, FaceTime, Find My Friends (Find friends), Home, iBooks, iCloud Drive, iTunes Store, Mail, Maps, Music, News, Notes,
Voice Memos (Voice memo), and Watch the Weather.
Last year Tim Cook (Tim Cook), Apple’s CEO, said this is a more complicated issue than it might seem, because the applications relate to each other and delete one of the stock applications could lead to incorrect operation of the device.
Now on the Apple support page warns you that deleting the app the user may lose some device functionality, such as deleting Music or Podcasts they stanch available in CarPlay. At the same time uninstall the application Contacts will not lead to the loss of contacts on your smartphone finally, they will be available in the app Phone.
iOS 10 will be available in the fall as a free update for iPhone 5 and newer, all models of iPad Air and iPad Pro, iPad 4th generation, iPad mini 2 and newer, iPod touch 6th generation. As you can see, devices based on the A5 processor do not support iOS 10. A public beta version will appear in July.
