Elon Musk has surprised the world again. At the We, Robot event, which took place on October 10 at the Warner Bros. studio, he presented three innovative Tesla products that will definitely change our lives. The first product was the Cybercab robotic taxi, which can transport passengers independently, without the participation of a driver. The second product was the Robovan minibus, which is suitable not only for driving, but also for cargo transportation. The third new product was the updated Optimus robot, who can help people around the house and even pour beer. The most interesting thing is that the owners of these Tesla products will be able to make a good profit on this and recoup all the costs.
Tesla Cybercab taxi
During the event, Tesla finally unveiled the long-awaited Cybercab driverless taxi. This is one of Elon Musk's most anticipated projects – its launch was postponed for almost ten years, and the last rumors said that the service would be launched in 2024. In reality, everything turned out to be completely different.
Cybercab is a two-seater car, designed to carry passengers without a driver. It has no pedals or steering wheel, making it the most unique vehicle on the market.
The Cybercab design was inspired by the Tesla Cybertruck electric pickup truck, which was previously ridiculed for its strange appearance. Taxi carlooks better, and its distinctive feature is the butterfly-wing doors that open upwards.
One of the main features of the Cybercab is its complete autonomy. Thanks to updated software, this car will be able to move without human intervention. It can be charged wirelessly – the inductive system allows you to recharge without having to connect a cable. Elon Musk announced that such cars will be 10-20 times safer than conventional vehicles driven by people.
The price of a ride on a Tesla taxia promises to be quite affordable — about 20 cents (approximately 20 rubles) for 1.6 kilometers, which is five times cheaper than a ride on a city bus. Elon Musk's taxi service will first launch in the states of Texas and California in 2025. Mass production of Cybercab will begin in 2026-2027. To date, the company has assembled 50 such cars.
Several of these taxis were demonstrated at the presentation, and Elon Musk even rode in one of them himself. He compared Cybercab to an elevator, explaining that it is enough to press a button – and the car will do everything itself.
Tesla Robovan Bus
Tesla unexpectedly for everyone presented another innovation – Robovan minibus. This electric van can accommodate up to 20 people, making it ideal for short- and medium-distance passenger transportation. However, Robovan is not only a passenger bus. It can also be used for cargo transportation, which greatly expands its capabilities. One can already imagine entrepreneurs buying several of these vans and creating a profitable cargo transportation business.
One of the main advantages of Robovan is that it does not require large expenses. The cost of a trip on this minibus will be several times cheaper than on any other public transport. It seems that Robovan will become an attractive option for companies that need regular transportation of people or goods.
Unfortunately, Musk did not announce the exact date of Robovan's release at the presentation. At the moment, only the concept of this minibus has been presented, and the exact details about its capabilities and launch dates remain unknown.

Tesla Optimus Robot
At the We, Robot presentation, Tesla not only showed its cars, but also surprised everyone with Optimus robots. These humanoid machines, designed to perform everyday tasks, literally took to the stage and began to demonstrate their abilities. One of the most memorable moments was a video of Optimus robots watering plants, delivering packages, and even serving drinks – in general, performing actions that previously seemed like science fiction.
The scene with the robot in a cowboy hat pouring beer for the guests of the event was especially spectacular. Musk noted that in the future, such robots will be able to perform almost any household tasks: walk dogs, look after children or mow the lawn. And this is not just a concept – Tesla is already demonstrating interaction between people and robots in real life. During the presentation, the robots handed out gift bags and even played rock-paper-scissors with the guests.
Musk is convinced that Optimus robots will eventually become one of the company's largest products. Their cost, according to forecasts, will vary from 20,000 to 30,000 dollars, which makes them accessible to a wide range of consumers. In our money, this is about 2 million rubles – the robot will cost as much as a car. Tesla plans to start selling these robots in the coming years.

Finally, it is worth noting that Elon Musk positions these products as a possible source of passive income for everyone. In the future, anyone will be able to buy a robotaxi or a van to create their own taxi fleet without drivers. And a robot can be bought for a bar so that it can pour drinks for guests.
