So you want to see Max Verstappen win again in Zandvoort next year? Then read quickly how to get a ticket for the next Dutch Grand Prix!
It seems like an eternity ago, but it was 2019 when we were able to register for the first time to buy a ticket for the Dutch Grand Prix. After all, it was initially on the calendar for May 2020. It wasn't as simple as putting a few hundred Euros on the table for the privilege of seeing Max Verstappen win. After all, the enthusiasm for the race was so great that you first had to draw lots to even get the right to smash the new PlayStation for your son on a day out with all the other Max fans.
Demand for tickets exceeds supply
As the demand exceeded the supply so extremely, bizarre practices arose. Handy Harrys tried to sell their extortionate tickets on the internet. It all got so out of hand that even parliamentary questions were asked. At that time, the politicians did not yet have a Corona to deal with.
Duinen
In the end, a variant acceptable to most people was found to deal the cards. Due to the Rony Rona, the organization had to create a distribution key again this year because not everyone was allowed to come yet. Some were bitterly disappointed, of course, but the process seems to have gone fairly smoothly overall. However, whether you are disappointed this year or not, you will of course want to go to the Dunes again next year.
Registration opens (and closes) in November
In that case you must pay attention. Registration to buy a ticket will start on November 1. At this point you can already “pre-register”. Racing enthusiasts can claim up to six cards. This is then only possible for the race in 2022, or immediately for 2022 and 2023.
Some have an advantage in this process. This applies to the people who had a ticket for this year but were not allowed to attend and to people who immediately bought tickets for the first three editions of the race at the first round. As a result, the cheap pitches have already been sold for next year. Registration closes on November 22 at 12:00 noon.
Will you join us again next year?
