One of the initiators of the project was the regional Ministry of Health. The medical service “Doctor is near” is used. Now residents of Ivanovo can apply there for initial consultation, referrals for tests and appointments with highly specialized specialists. Remote consultations via video communication are free of charge.
The project will be fully operational by the end of the year. To receive the service, you need to contact the Doctor Nearby telemedicine center. This is available to all residents of the region within the framework of the compulsory medical insurance system, regardless of whether they are attached to a polyclinic.
It is not yet clear if something similar will be launched in other regions.
