What is an absolute must for every petrolhead must to have? A nice garage of course. And let this house have it!
Sometimes you come across something on the internet that makes your heart beat faster. In this case I don't mean the 18+ sites, but a pearl on Funda. And you know by now, when we at Autoblog put a house in the spotlight, it has something in store for the true petrolhead.
And that is also the case with this detached country house in Hall. And that rhymes.
First of all, the location
That's a must. This must-have home for every petrolhead is located in Hall. If you wonder where that is, near Apeldoorn, the Veluwe and Germany with its Autobahnen is also quite around the corner.
No, it is not in the Randstad. In the past, the undersigned would have found that a problem, but as the years and the intellect increased, it has become a huge plus. Who would want to live in the city anyway, with all the woke-crazys, tourists, climate changers and other antics that people ‘in the province’ so dearly missing. Well then.
The reason why this house is a must for the petrolhead
That is of course the garage. It has been executed quite nicely in this house. There is room for at least seven cars. At least, that's how many there are in the various photos in the garage. There are still some outside, so there is room for that too.
But the best part, there is also a bridge, where the current owner is working on his BMW 1-series racing car. Nice.
There is also a Mercedes Pagode, a Renault 4, a Volkswagen Karmann Ghia and the best man also has two Beetles. The enthusiast!

And then, the price…
This house is definitely not cheap. You pay 1.2 million euros. But you do get something for that. 206 square meters to live and a plot of almost 5000 square meters. And of course that garage.
To put things in perspective, for exactly the same money you get a 93 square meter apartment in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. Without a garden and without a parking space, let alone a garage.

And if you decide to buy it, we would like an invitation for an evening tinkering in your new garage!
