Russians will be given digital genetic passports

“Now we are starting another project, when, among other things, we are making a genetic profile for a newborn, we are doing genomic sequencing. With the help of bio-innovative technologies, we are creating a kind of digital passport – a digitized human genetic passport, “Mikhail Murashko said.

It is worth noting that the issuance of genetic passports is enshrined in presidential decree No. 97 of March 11, 2019.
